The Hancock Place School District in St. Louis has received MSBA's 2025 EDDY Excellence in AI Award! Michelle Dirksen (center) accepted the award at the AI in Education Symposium on October 22 in Kansas City.
Named after MSBA's AI chatbot, the EDDY is awarded to one Missouri public school district that has demonstrated exceptional innovation and leadership in implementing artificial intelligence initiatives. Recipients have successfully navigated the challenges of AI integration while maintaining ethical standards and protecting student privacy.
