    NSBA’s Grassroots Engagement Guide Now Available

    Congress is now in recess. The House will reconvene September 4. The Senate is scheduled to return August 15. Now is a great to time review NSBA’s Grassroots Engagement Guide and meet with your representative to discuss issues important to your school district. As a school board member and public education advocate, you are a public figure within your community and an ambassador for the good of public schools. You are uniquely positioned to lead the dialogue about your local school district and the challenges and successes your students and teachers face during the school year.
