announce two major upgrades to our communication systems - a direct
phone line for every staff member and an AI-powered virtual assistant.
Starting
March 1st, these improvements will allow us to serve you with greater
efficiency, clarity, and care. MSBA's new phone system will feature
direct lines, replacing the previous extension-based setup. With a
direct number assigned to each staff member, you'll immediately reach
the person you want for the answers you need.
We are also launching a sophisticated virtual assistant on our website,
mosba.org. Eddy - the AI assistant - can field common inquiries, connect
you with MSBA staff, and much more. Eddy works 24/7 and can answer most
routine questions in seconds. On March 1st, visit the MSBA website to
find the direct phone line numbers and try out Eddy. With these
communication updates, we look forward to serving you better than ever
before!
