School policy is the foundation for effective board governance, which is why MSBA is committed to providing boards with effective board policies and reliable policy support.
MSBA's policies, procedures, and forms are developed by school law attorneys and policy experts in consultation with numerous regulatory agents and experts.
In addition to keeping your district legally compliant and ready for MSIP reviews, MSBA's policy materials include language that is informative, reflects the best practices of effective educators, and incorporates components directed at improving student achievement. MSBA policies also include pertinent legal references, MSIP references, and cross references to related policies.
MSBA offers two tiers of policy services: Basic and Full Maintenance.
