MSBA offers a Board Self Evaluation that is designed to help your board continuously improve. It measures current beliefs and actions of the school board and is heavily supported by best practice research. 

Board Self Evaluation Process 

1. The evaluation is conducted through an online survey of all board members. Responses are anonymous. 

2. MSBA compiles the responses and develops summary reports of the findings. 

3. The board analyzes and discusses the results – either on its own or through MSBA-led conversations.
