September 7th – Registration / Cancellation Deadline Pre-registration ends. Additional registrations will be accepted on-site during the conference at the late registration rate of $290 per person. This is also the last day conference cancellations are accepted. Cancellations are accepted in writing, e-mailed, or postmarked no later than September 7th and are charged a $50 processing fee. Sorry, no refunds given after September 7th. Email cancellations to firstname.lastname@example.org.
September 9th – Tan-Tar-A Resort Cancellation Deadline Contact the hotel directly to make cancellations. Deposits will be refunded only when cancellation notice reaches the Tan-Tar-A office prior to September 9, 2018. Your deposit will be forfeited if any change in the arrival and/or departure date of your reservation occurs after September 9, 2018.
