Blind Spot: Hidden Biases of Good People – MSBA Facilitated Virtual Book Study

The authors are the Harvard professors whose ground-breaking research brought to light that all of us carry hidden biases that can and do affect how we interact with others and navigate the world. Preparation for reading, guiding questions and facilitated activities are provided for each chapter. Board members who complete the book study may earn up to 3 CBM credits toward board member certification.
This virtual book study will allow whole boards and individual board members to engage virtually with others from across the state. There is no cost to MSBA members, but registration is required.
