Every district is required to have a Continuous School Improvement Plan (CSIP) or Strategic Plan. Is your plan current?  Is the board engaged with the plan?  In this session, learn about the importance of strategic planning, explore processes used by districts to develop the plan and consider ways in which the board can monitor the plan to ensure improvement and accountability. A roundtable discussion on current issues will be included as time permits.

Preference will be given to board presidents but other board members may attend as space allows.
