Topics to be covered:

MSIP 6 & School Safety - Terrell Baker, from CES, will present on how you should incorporate your school safety efforts in the Missouri School Improvement Program (MSIP) 6. This presentation will focus on L10 and how as a safety

professional, you should integrate your work into the MSIP plan for your district.

I AM Noticed Introduction – Amy Johnson and Jamie Lyon will introduce I AM Noticed. I AM Noticed is a tier 1, proactive approach to mental wellness, SEL and belonging. Our mission is to create sustainable positive culture while

building confident students, staff, and families K-12. Please join us for an interactive workshop. Together we will explore SEL strategies, designed to increase confidence that can be taken back to your buildings. I AM Noticed has been intuitively designed

to complement the efforts of our educational partners in their commitment to their district objectives and MSIP 6 expectations.

I AM Noticed program goals & objectives:

*Support for your District & State student readiness objectives.

*Ways to increase overall student wellness.

*An increase in morale & retention among your staff.

*Ways to promote positive engagement with your families.

*Strategies to promote the mental wellness aspects of school safety.

Crisis Communications – Terrell Baker, from CES, returns to present on how your district should be ready to communicate in times of crisis. This presentation will provide examples and tactics to help your district get your message

out in a clear correct manner. Communicating with staff, parents and the media will be covered.
