Great Teachers Are Everywhere In Missouri’s Public Schools!

The Missouri School Boards’ Association (MSBA) is asking high school students to express their thoughts and ideas about their teachers through the 2021 Student Video Contest. Public high school students are invited to submit a brief video that conveys the importance of teachers in the lives of students. The top three videos will win cash prizes for their respective schools. The first-place video will be posted on MSBA’s YouTube channel and will be featured at the 2021 Annual Conference sponsored by MSBA in cooperation with the Missouri Association of School Administrators this coming November in Kansas City.

The contest is open to MSBA member-district high schools students. An individual student may produce the contest entry or students may work in teams.

Videos will be judged on how well they address the topic as well as the quality of the production and the creativity of the video. No professional assistance can be provided to produce the video. The format of the video is up to the students. Videos can be in the form of a public service announcement, news story, music video, or others.
